Ben Affleck playfully pats wife Jennifer Lopez’s behind during lunch date at Cecconi’s in Brooklyn on Easter Sunday
|Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez put on a loved-up display in New York City on Easter Sunday.
The Oscar winner, 51, and the On The Floor songstress, 54 — who recently shared a loving hug with daughter Emme, 16, in a sweet snap — couldn’t resist each other’s company as they arrived at Cecconi’s for a lunch date holding hands.
The handsome star playfully patted his stunning wife’s pert derriere as they made their way into the famed Italian restaurant.
Ben, dressed in a cardigan and jeans, stayed close to Jennifer, who exuded movie-star glamour in a simple ensemble featuring a wool jacket and faded denim.
Jennifer has been enjoying her visit to NYC, and recently took to her Instagram on Thursday to share a heartwarming family snap.
In the picture – which was simply captioned as ‘Spring break’ – the songstress posed with Emme, as well as a family friend.
Jennifer shares twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Upon tying the knot with Ben, she also became stepmother to his children whom he welcomed with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
The Maid in Manhattan star also had a blast with Emme as the duo went to see the Broadway musical titled, Merrily We Roll Along, over the weekend.
The star also uploaded photos from the special day, including a snap as she shared a sweet embrace with Emme.
Lopez could be seen dressed to impress in a vibrant green ensemble while also sporting a pair of fashionable shades.
The singer is preparing for her summer tour in support of her This Is Me… Now album – which officially dropped last month on February 16.
However, due to poor ticket sales, Jennifer reportedly canceled dates spanning from August 20th through the 31st on her North American tour, according to Variety.
Upon the release of Lopez’s ninth studio album, it landed at the number 38 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
While talking to Entertainment Tonight last month, she revealed to the outlet that she felt ‘fulfilled’ with the album and hinted that it may possibly also be her last.
‘We try to do stuff that’s very special for the fans and do collector’s items and things like that that they can have forever and ever,’ she said of the LP.
‘The truth is I don’t even know if I’ll ever make another album after this,’ the performer then admitted.
‘It’s such the kind of quintessential kind of Jennifer Lopez J.Lo project and I really feel very fulfilled, so they really will be collector’s items at a certain point.’
Jennifer’s latest outing with Ben on Friday comes just days after her ex Diddy’s L.A. and Miami homes were raided by Homeland Security in a sex trafficking investigation.
It was also revealed that the rapper owes the bank nearly $100 million after taking out eight mortgages on his homes in L.A. and Miami that were raided.
Afterward the raid, Diddy broke his silence and claimed that he is the victim of a ‘witch hunt.’
His lawyer, Aaron Dyer, told DailyMail.com in a statement, ‘There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.’
