‘Bring My Quints Back,’ Poor Dad Repeats Same Prayer Daily until He Gets Letter ‘from God’ — Story of the Day

Christopher and Alice had a beautiful family, but after Alice’s death, their family was torn apart. However, through Christopher’s act of faith, he was able to bring it back together.

Christopher and Alice were high-school sweethearts who got married right after graduating. They met as teenagers, and the chemistry was undeniable.

As their relationship progressed over the years, many of their peers envied them because they had found what takes many a lifetime to find. When Alice’s friends would ask her how she found “Mr. Right” so early, she would simply reply with a slightly jocose tone:

“Honestly, I just prayed. I’ve always wanted marriage from a young age. So I just started praying early. If you are looking for the same, then you better get started asap.”

Alice was a woman of faith, whereas Christopher didn’t believe in God. Over the years, they started going to church together, but Christopher did it purely to appease his wife.

The couple had always wanted a large family, hoping for maybe three children. However, they were never ready for what fate had waiting for them.

Alice gave birth to quintuplets, and Christopher was utterly baffled because Alice had once mentioned having a dream about having quintuplets.

After his children’s birth, Christopher’s faith was ignited, and he became more involved in the church along with his family.

They were a happy and loving family.

Christopher had decided to leave work and take care of the children full-time because they were too young for a nanny. Alice had started a new job that paid better than Christopher’s, so she took on the role of the breadwinner for their family. They both played their roles the best they could.

Alice’s parents didn’t care much for Christopher or the setup of their household. They despised the idea of Christopher watching the kids while Alice worked and saw it as a sign of weakness on Christopher’s part.

Furthermore, Alice’s parents looked down on Christopher because he was an orphan from a low-income background. They believed Alice could do better, but Alice stuck to her guns about the partner she had chosen.
