The 26-year-old billionaire was also with her 2-year-old son Aire.
And alongside the family of three was Kylie’s longtime friend from Calabasas, California, swimsuit model Anastasia Karanikolaou who goes by Stassie Baby.
The party of four enjoyed lunch at Nino restaurant behind Piazza di Spagna.
There was no sign of Jenner’s boyfriend of one year, Wonka actor Timothee Chalamet, who has been shooting his Bob Dylan bio film in NYC.
The Khy founder shares both Stormi and Aire with her ex-boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott, 33.
The former couple were in an on-and-off relationship over five years before they called it quits in late 2022 — the same year they welcomed Aire together.
Stassie looked chic in a beige corset top with lace and floral print that flashed her belly piercing as she added a worn-in and ripped denim miniskirt and Mary Jane black shoes. A black Prada purse was on her shoulder as her long hair was worn down.
The Roman holiday comes after Kylie launched her summer Khy collection.
The beauty looked thinner than ever in a black Khy swimsuit and fans noticed.
Indeed, Kylie did look very thin in the plunging one-piece bathing suit while sitting on a beach, but it may have been due to the camera angle.
One said that the sister of Kendall Jenner was supporting ‘unrealistic body standards.’
Another attacked Kylie: ‘Cries about people talking about her looks but continuously shows herself in provocative ways.’
Jenner recently broke down in tears on her show The Kardashians after she was criticized for her looks.

Jenner – who will turn 27-years-old on August 10 – shared her latest drop for her fashion label Khy on Thursday morning.
